Hockey Strength & Conditioning
Welcome to our hockey program!
Our training is designed to help players develop a more explosive and efficient stride, with a focus on strength, power, coordination, timing, and mobility.
Our dry-land training allows for coaching and critiquing of stride technique details that are often unavailable with limited ice time.
Week 1 of the program consists of baseline data collection through physical tests that translate to qualities associated with the demands of hockey. This is followed by 6 weeks of training 2x per week, and the program with retesting in week 8 to gauge athletes' growth. Sign up below, create a Vagaro account, and search under classes to purchase.
