Our hockey program focuses on stick skills, shooting, and stride development with attention to speed, power, hip mobility, and stride length. Dry-land training allows us time for the coaching and critiquing of details in stride technique, stick handling, and shot that is often not available with limited ice time.
In week one, athletes will complete a number of hockey related athletic tests so that we can
compile baseline data. At the conclusion of the program, athletes will be retested in the same areas to show progress from their work through the fall.
