1 coach per 10 athletes for a small group environment where our coaches can truly make an impact coaching you up!
What is the right program for you?
MB Ignite- Where it all Starts
Youth Training Sessions focused on the foundations!
MB Elite- The Competitive Level
Ages 14-18 on the grind looking to. improve on their foundation to prepare for High School and Collegiate Level of Preparedness.
MB Pro- The Elite Competition
You've made it, now use it or lose it! Collegiate level athletes or higher. The training is serious, the routine is a must, we've got your back!
MB Fit- Washed but not broken!
Our Fortify Sessions are not to be taken lightly. The program is 6 days a week but broken into 3 Conditioning Sessions, 2 Strength Sessions, 1 Recovery Session per week.
